把A173UHCPU打到安裝OS模式,用SV43P軟件監(jiān)視A173UHCPU后發(fā)現(xiàn)SFC(M2037)和SySTEM SETTING error(M2041)出錯(cuò)標(biāo)志,CPU "run"閃爍指示,"ERROR"沒(méi)有閃爍,,把A173UHCPU打回正常工作模式后,發(fā)現(xiàn)"run,"ERROR均未任何指示,且編程電纜始終連接不上.請(qǐng)問(wèn)會(huì)不會(huì)是OS出了問(wèn)題,對(duì)于普通用戶小A MOTION需要安裝OS嗎?我沒(méi)有這個(gè)軟件,如果誰(shuí)有,請(qǐng)發(fā)一份OS給我,我可以買(mǎi)他的模塊備件,我的郵箱：wensuwen2003@163.com

具體情況再補(bǔ)充一下:國(guó)慶放假,工人把設(shè)備電源關(guān)了,結(jié)果兩天后發(fā)現(xiàn)CPU錯(cuò)誤報(bào)警,我把SFC程序下載下來(lái)后發(fā)現(xiàn)程序斷斷續(xù)續(xù),程序是丟失了很多,但發(fā)現(xiàn)電池沒(méi)有問(wèn)題.3.6V,我把備份的程序和設(shè)置以及MOTION參數(shù)慣進(jìn)去后發(fā)現(xiàn)還是錯(cuò)誤.是不是OS的問(wèn)題?

問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)過(guò)程
1:設(shè)備斷電兩天后開(kāi)啟來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)CPU顯示ERROR報(bào)警,且常亮,RUN無(wú)指示,嘗試復(fù)位,無(wú)效.
2:起初軟件師用軟件嘗試通訊和連接CPU,無(wú)法通訊上,后將CPU打到OS安裝模式下,復(fù)位CPU:RUN以1秒間隔閃爍,ERROR滅,此時(shí)用通訊線可以使PC機(jī)連接CPU.
3:軟件師將CPU程序下載下來(lái),發(fā)現(xiàn)程序斷斷續(xù)續(xù),并且編程頁(yè)面呈現(xiàn)黃色狀態(tài).
4:工程師將原來(lái)備份的程序?qū)戇M(jìn)去后發(fā)現(xiàn)仍然有錯(cuò)誤出現(xiàn).用GX-developer監(jiān)視PLC錯(cuò)誤代碼如下:
Error code(D9008)    31
Detailed error code(D9091)    ---
Error message    UNIT VERIFY ERR.[Checked continuously.]
5:利用SWnRNC-GSVE軟件包工具嘗試將侍服電機(jī)設(shè)置寫(xiě)入進(jìn)去,發(fā)現(xiàn)無(wú)法通訊上.
6:經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)嘗試發(fā)現(xiàn)OS已經(jīng)不存在,這個(gè)結(jié)論是我們Montior時(shí)頁(yè)面給的提示.頁(yè)面提示OS不匹配.
7::在 SWnRNC-GSVE軟件的 Installation of motion controller OS的這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中,如果OS存在就應(yīng)該會(huì)提示CPU本體OS的型號(hào)和版本,但他提示沒(méi)有注冊(cè).這個(gè)結(jié)論是我們?cè)谶B接其他相同配置的此種CPU所給出不同狀態(tài)而判斷的.在連接另外一臺(tái)1/2切割時(shí),它會(huì)顯示模塊本體的版本.
8:其他現(xiàn)象補(bǔ)充:CCLINK模塊RUN運(yùn)行,但其他指示燈沒(méi)有亮,GOT屏幕無(wú)法和CPU通訊上.,放大器沒(méi)有顯示準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài).CPU電池是3.6V.
9:我們有一塊A172UHCPU放上去后RUN能夠正常指示,只是備份的SFC程序是基于A173UHCPU的,所以無(wú)法替代之.
對(duì)于貴方給予的寶貴方法我們也做了很多詳細(xì)的檢查和嘗試,發(fā)現(xiàn)不是電氣回路問(wèn)題.
我們需要的到的幫助
1:如何確定是硬件還是軟件問(wèn)題?
2:如果是軟件系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題,我們應(yīng)該如何進(jìn)行正確配置和操作?
3:如果是硬件問(wèn)題,我們同樣需要正確的操作方法,包括如何安裝OS,如何設(shè)置等等.?
4:目前我們沒(méi)有OS軟件包,所以無(wú)法做下一步的診斷.只有安裝了OS后,方才能進(jìn)去Servo Data Setting和System Setting等等工作.所以需要得到貴方的幫助.!
5:如果用A172UHCPU替代,又應(yīng)做那些具體工作?

Installation of motion controller OS


How to install the motion controller OS is explained below.
Install the OS to:

Use a newly purchased motion CPU for the first time.
Change the motion controller OS installed in the motion CPU for the motion controller OS of the different type .
Use the motion controller OS of a new version when the motion controller OS is updated.

          A171SHCPU          A172SHCPU          A173UHCPU                        A273UHCPU    1) Power off the motion CPU.2) Set the installation switch to ON.
The A273UHCPU has the installation switch on its rear panel.
Remove the CPU from the base unit, set the installation switch to ON, and load the CPU to the base unit.3) Connect the motion CPU and personal computer by the cable.4) Power on the motion CPU.
Powering the A273UHCPU on shows "INSTALL" on its LED display. It does not appear for the A171SHCPU/A172SHCPU/A173UHCPU.
   
    5) Start "Install" from the start menu of Windows NT/98/2000/XP.
(Reference item) 6) Click .
   
    7) Insert the first FD for motion controller OS into the floppy disk drive.* You can also copy the FDs for motion controller OS to the hard disk and install the data copied to the hard disk.
In this case, copy all the data of the FDs for motion controller OS to the same folder.
   
    8) The motion controller OS installation dialog box appears.
The CPU type of the motion CPU currently connected appears.
When the OS has already been installed, the OS type and version also appear.
Click [Refer].
   
    9) The folder specifying dialog box appears.
Choose the drive and folder for the FD for motion controller OS.
The CPU type, OS type and version columns indicate the CPU type, OS type and version of the selected motion controller OS. Click [OK].
   
    10) The screen returns to the motion controller OS installation dialog box.
The CPU type, OS type and version of the motion controller OS in the selected folder appear.
Click [Execution].
   
    11) The motion controller OS for installation is read to the hard disk.
   
    12) When the left dialog box has appeared, exchange the first floppy disk for the second and click [OK].
   
    13) When reading of the second FD is completed, installation starts.
   
    14) On normal completion of installation, the installation completion dialog box appears.
Click [OK].
   
    15) The screen returns to the motion controller OS installation dialog box.
Click [Close].
The display returns to the installation screen and installation is finished.

The A273UHCPU has the installation switch on its rear panel.
Remove the CPU from the base unit, set the installation switch to OFF, and load the CPU to the base unit.18) Power on the CPU.
For the A273UHCPU, confirm the installed OS type and version indicated on the LED display.
They may also be confirmed by pressing the indicator reset button.


POINT

(1) Performing installation does not rewrite the positioning data and SFC programs written to the motion CPU.
(2) Before starting the installation of the motion controller OS, always set the installation switch to ON.
You cannot start installation without setting the installation switch to ON.

１：日本人對(duì)Ａ１７３ＵＨＣＰＵ的操作系統(tǒng)其實(shí)是基與ＤＯＳ開(kāi)發(fā)的，且這種操作系統(tǒng)一般均是安裝在一塊閃存下的，也就是說(shuō)這個(gè)操作系統(tǒng)不需要電池維持，但它可以安裝和升級(jí)，ＦＡ中心沒(méi)有這個(gè)東西，這個(gè)東西的ＯＳ一般情況下是在日本已經(jīng)慣好的．
２：我用Ａ２７３ＵＨＣＰＵ的操作系統(tǒng)安裝上去后出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)預(yù)想不到的問(wèn)題：破壞了原有的操作系統(tǒng)，使得通過(guò)設(shè)置軟件無(wú)法將參數(shù)和ＳＦＣ傳輸?shù)剑校茫校绽铮ㄔ瓉?lái)是可以的）．
３：不明白為什么不適合的操作系統(tǒng)它已經(jīng)提示不兼容，為何只是點(diǎn)了一下安裝，就破壞了原本的ＯＳ，并且提示ＣＰＵ沒(méi)有注冊(cè)．難到安裝新的操作系統(tǒng)要先注冊(cè)，那么這個(gè)注冊(cè)是軟注冊(cè)還是硬注冊(cè)．
請(qǐng)大家?guī)兔Γ�給點(diǎn)建議！現(xiàn)在是停廠的第８天了，我們束手無(wú)策，除非把系統(tǒng)升級(jí)為Ｑ　ＭＯＴＩＯＮ，但那樣代價(jià)很大．
